Errand Genie, LLC is owned and operated by Noel and Arline Stephens, who have been married for over 40 years. Noel and Arline were raised in Indianapolis and St. Louis, respectively and met while attending Indiana University.

A veteran of the Vietnam War, Noel made a career in the reserves and retired as an Army officer. Both Arline and Noel pursued careers in the field of education and rehabilitation of the blind and visually disabled, with Arline teaching and Noel specializing more in supervision and administration. Many years of experience in a helping service, allowed Noel and Arline to work with a variety of people with special needs and to develop an appreciation of what disabled persons can accomplish with limited assistance.

In 1977, the Stephens moved to Tucson, to live and work for 18 years. Due to a job change in 1995, they moved to Alabama for 10 years. After retirement, Noel and Arline returned to Arizona to be closer to their children and grandchildren, and they now reside in Chandler.  Along the way they fulfilled the role of caregivers, as they helped their elderly parents.

In order to remain active in retirement and still be able to assist others, Noel and Arline Stephens established Errand Genie, LLC in November of 2005. Now, as active members of the Chandler Chamber of Commerce and several other business networking groups, they enjoy helping busy professionals, the elderly and disabled persons save time and energy in their day-to-day lives.
